This one was hard for us: gorgeous blog, real author pages, legit content, and almost none of it ranks for anything.
We found the money hiding in plain sight, Epic EMR integration keywords their integration pages should own and currently do not.
A lead magnet one-pager about Epic integration sits on a page that barely anyone reaches through search. Great asset, no audience.
Their digital front door article ranks position three, showing the site can absolutely rank when a post happens to hit a real keyword.
Our verdict: the foundation is all there, you just need to throw in the match.

Key findings
Integration pages target high-value keywords like Epic EMR integration but do not rank on the first page, and the pages are too thin to compete.
On-page structure is broken in places, one page has two H1s and headings that jump straight from H2 to H6.
The blog has only 72 pages for a company this size and no visible keyword research or SEO checklist behind the topics.
In the top 10 the site mostly ranks for its own brand name, with AI virtual assistant sitting at position eight as the exception.
The content leans on use cases, customer stories and brand announcements, strong for social and ads, invisible in search.
Top action items
1Do proper keyword research from scratch, ideally with a professional, mapping ideal customer personas to the questions they ask on Google.
2Beef up the integration pages with the content that already ranks for those keywords, plus FAQs, instead of leaving them as thin landing pages.
3Fix the heading hierarchy so pages have one H1 and a sane structure.
4Add more images and infographics to articles, definitions and examples you can also rank in Google image search.
What we learned (steal these)
Content quality and SEO are different disciplines. You can invest heavily in beautiful, expert content and still be invisible without keyword research.
Integration pages are underrated keyword gold. Every tool you connect to is a high-intent search someone is already making.
Check who ranks before you write. If lower-authority domains sit on page one, the keyword is winnable, so go get it.
