Daniel Rosenberg asked us to review Marketplace Solutions. He did not know he was signing up for a roast.
We witness header anarchy: H2s jumping to H4s, back to H3s, down to H6s, and an H5 rendered at the exact same 51 pixels as an H2.
The blog hides five pages of lorem ipsum placeholder posts, which is us telling Google the site is not finished yet.
Mid-roast we peek at Superside for comparison and catch a top design site shipping pages with no canonical tag.
Six calls to action above the fold, and the social icons all loop right back to the homepage.

Key findings
The header structure is used as a font-size picker, with H5s and H6s styled the same size as H2s instead of marking real content hierarchy.
Five pages of empty lorem ipsum blog posts sit live on the site, signaling to Google that the website is unfinished.
One page tries to sell PPC for search, shopping, and display at once, with a truncated title and a meta description written as a sales pitch instead of describing the page.
Pages load slowly even on a fiber connection, pointing to bad hosting or uncompressed assets.
Ahrefs shows just 18 keywords, 29 referring domains, and about 65 monthly visits despite domain history going back to 2019.
Top action items
1Delete the lorem ipsum placeholder posts before Google reads them as an unfinished site.
2Split the PPC page into a dedicated product page per service, then study what the ranking competitors publish.
3Write top-of-funnel veggie content instead of only salesy pages, and turn the industry posts into proper use case pages.
4Fix the loading speed and rebuild the header hierarchy so tags describe structure, not styling.
What we learned (steal these)
Headers are structure, not decoration. If you need a different font size, change the CSS, not the tag.
Placeholder content is worse than nothing. Empty posts tell Google your site is not ready to rank.
If you sell web services, your own site is the portfolio. An outdated, slow site undercuts every pitch you make.
